• The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Amarix. The term “you”, “users”, “buyers” or “service providers” refers to users who visit the Amarix website (“Website”) and/or use Amarix services via the Website, email, telephone, or otherwise.
• The Amarix Website is comprised of various pages operated by Amarix.
• BEFORE USING AMARIX’S SERVICES READ THIS TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY. IT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT GOVERNING YOUR USE OF AMARIX’S WEBSITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING UPGRADES THERETO AND MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THEREIN. BY USING THE AMARIX WEBSITE, REGISTERING ON AMARIX, OBTAINING INFORMATION FROM AMARIX, USING THE AMARIX API OR MOBILE APPLICATION, CONTRIBUTING CONTENT TO AMARIX BY ANY CHANNEL INCLUDING BY POSTING INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE, RESPONDING TO A SURVEY, SUBMITTING AN EMAIL, OR PARTICIPATING IN A TELEPHONE INTERVIEW(COLLECTIVELY “AMARIX” OR THE “SERVICES”), YOU, YOUR HEIRS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, “YOU” OR “YOUR”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AMARIX’S PRIVACY POLICY (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TERMS”).
• If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to the Terms. In that case, the terms “you” or “your” shall also refer to such entity, and its affiliates, as applicable. If you do not have such authority, or you do not accept all of these Terms, do not use the Services or provide information to Amarix.

We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Terms without prior notice, and your continued access to or use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Terms.

You acknowledge that Amarix cannot be held liable for the content of Linked Sites or for any consequence arising from you accessing the same and you acknowledge that such access or use of Linked Sites shall be is at your sole option, discretion and risk.

As a condition of your use of the Amarix Website, you warrant to Amarix that you will not use the Amarix Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Amarix Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Amarix Website or interfere with any other party's use of the Amarix Website. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided through the Amarix Websites. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. Any multiple submissions or "spam" are strictly prohibited. You must not interfere or tamper with, remove or otherwise alter in any way, any information in any form which is included on the Website.

1. The Amarix Website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the Amarix or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

   • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

2. Amarix has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Amarix reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Amarix reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
3. Amarix reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Amarix's sole discretion.
4. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to use the Services, including to register for an account, use the Website.

• Amarix does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Amarix (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Amarix Website or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Amarix, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
• No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Amarix is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Amarix's sole discretion.
• By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

• The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Amarix website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein.
• Amarix and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Amarix website at any time.
• Amarix and/or its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on the Amarix website for any purpose. Amarix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Amarix Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

All website design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, the selection and arrangement thereof, software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other material contained within the Website are subject to copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by us or used under licence from third party rights owners. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge the Terms, in whole or in part, to any person, provided that any such assignment will be on the same terms or terms that are no less advantageous to you. You acknowledge that in an event of a website shut-down, your account may be transferred to a different website managed and operated by Us. We reserve the right to forfeit all related existing bonus amounts at the moment of website shut down.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations hereunder that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, civil commotion, interruption in public communications networks or services, industrial dispute or DDOS-attacks and similar Internet attacks having an adverse effect ("Force Majeure"). Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
